BJP decides to take Modi govt's achievements to people

BJP today decided to take to the public the achievements of the 60-day Narendra Modi government which, it claimed, has ensured that inflation and prices are in check, besides enhancing the country's image in the world.
At a party coordination committee meet chaired by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, it was decided to take to the public the message that performance of the government in its first 60 days has been good on both domestic and foreign fronts and that the 60 months of the BJP regime will be even better.
During the meeting attended by Union ministers Ravi Shankar Prasad, Prakash Javadekar and Nirmala Sitharaman, besides BJP leaders and party spokespersons, it was discussed that the government is working at its best to tame inflation, improve the country's image and redeem the lost ground in the SAARC region as well as across the world.
The government has taken steps to improve the life of people and ensure the country's progress by presenting a good budget and has attempted at fast-tracking infrastructure projects. These messages will taken to the public through person-to-person contact by party leaders and workers.
They will also take the message that good governance and development will continue to be the focus of the government, the meeting decided.
