"BJP is committed to implement the promises made in the election manifesto and 60 per cent of the state budget of Jharkhand will be spent on the development of rural infrastructure and agriculture sector," Zadafia, former Gujarat Home minister who has been holding meeting in rural pockets, said.
Addressing a press conference at BJP Office here, Zadafia claimed that the development fund being siphoned off and loot of minerals would come to an end in Jharkhand, if BJP is voted to power.
Zadafia said BJP manifesto also promised to set up an "Agriculture Corpus Fund" for the benefit of the farmer community in the state, which would be implemented.
