Raising the issue in the lower house today, Leader of Opposition Eknath Khadse and Nana Patole (both BJP) said these ministers should be sacked immediately if they don't quit.
The Jalgaon district court had ordered registration of offence in this regard, they said.
The alleged scam relates to handing over of Jalgaon Milk Growers Association to the National Dairy Development Federation and involves forgery and misappropriation of Rs 3.18 crore, according to the statement read out by BJP leaders in the house.
However, on resumption of proceedings, the din continued and the Deputy Speaker adjourned the house for the day.
