He was speaking at a public gathering at Ramshehar in Solan district's Nalagarh assembly constituency.
"Dreams of me haunt BJP leaders. No matter how hard they try to conspire against me, they will never be successful in their ulterior motives. I am their biggest hurdle in their way to return to power," the chief minister said.
He alleged that local BJP leaders along with a few of their counterparts in the Centre were trying to "propagate" that three central agencies were probing cases of his income tax returns.
"Such opportunists, who instead of working for the welfare of people, serve their own selfish motives and would be brought before the public," he said.
He appealed to public representatives to work for the people with dedication.
The chief minister also announced to set up a vegetable sub-yard at Ramshehar, an ayurveda dispensary at Bhaatian besides upgrading the Mesi-Plassi and the Bakaunta from primary schools to middle government schools.
He also agreed in principle for opening a sub-tehsil at Panjera in Changer area and dedicated various development projects of around Rs 76 crore to the people of Nalagarh constituency.
