On the declaration of nomination of Hema Malini as BJP candidate from Mathura Lok Sabha constituency, over two dozen jubilant activists took out a procession carrying BJP flag without taking permission, District Magistrate Vishal Chauhan said.
The complaint was filed in Mat police station against the BJP workers, including Ashok Agrawal, Mohan Singh Raghav, Kundan Singh Raghav and Bishan Singh.
