The 29-year-old actress took to Instagram to praise the "Deadpool" star for his big honour- hours after attending the ceremony with him and their two daughters for the family's first public appearance.
"Proud is a pitiful word to describe how I felt today," Lively captioned a picture that showed her, Reynolds and their 2-year-old daughter James standing on the star.
"@vancityreynolds The permanence of your impact is undeniable... Always has been, but now we have a fancy (star) to show for it," she continued.
"This is one of those 'pinch me' moments. But not in the creepy way my Aunt used to do it," he joked.
