A loud explosion rocked an area on the outskirts of Nigeria's capital Abuja today, just metres from where a bomb blast killed at least 75 people on April 14, an official said.
"There was an explosion there this evening at about 8:00 pm (1900 GMT)," a spokesman for the National Emergency Management Agency Manzo Ezekiel told AFP. He said it was "not an accident" and rescue officials were at the scene.
