In a letter to Swaraj, the Sangh alleged that workers from India, Nepal and Pakistan are being badly treated and are not getting their wages.
It requested Swaraj to look into the matter and help the affected Indians.
"They are forced to use very unhygienic toilets, kitchens. They are also being forced to work more than 14 hours without any recess. Many of them have reached the condition of starvation and suffering from very critical diseases," the BMS said.
