Bodies of five children found in ditch

Bodies of five children who went playing and did not return home yesterday were found in a ditch in Assam's Nagaon district today.
Police said the children, aged between 10 and 14 years, had gone to play last evening and did not return home.
A search operation was launched and their bodies were found in the ditch, the police said adding it was suspected that they had gone in search for food and fallen into the ditch.
The children have been identified, the police added.
