Bodies of mother and 1-1/2 years old baby found in well

The bodies of a 24-year-old woman and her one and half year old daughter, who were reported missing for the last four days, were today found floating in a well in Nelliyalam, about 70 Kms from here, police said.
Sindhu, wife of Mohan, a warden in Anti Poaching Squad and her daughter were reported missing from their house since July 14, they said.
Villagers who found the bodies floating, following a foul smell emanating from the well, alerted the police.
The bodies were recovered and sent for postmortem, police said.
