Body of missing teenager found

The body of a teenaged girl, who was missing for the last five days, was today found in the high-security zone near the residence of the Chief Minister here.
Taking cognisance of the incident, Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav directed DGP Javeed Ahmad to personally monitor the case and constitute a special task force.
The girl, a student of Class XII, had left for school on February 10 but did not return after which her family members filed the FIR at Jankipuram Police Station, police said.
Her body was recovered this morning from Gautampalli area, a spot which is a stone's throw distance from the residence of the DGP and CM.
Two persons have been detained in the case and police are investigating if she was sexually assaulted before being killed.
