Bomb warning turns out to be a hoax

An anonymous caller today told the police here that a bomb had been planted at the central ST bus depot here.
It turned out to be a hoax call.
"An unidentified person called the Kuvadava police station in the evening, saying that a bomb had been planted in a dustbin at the bus depot," said a police officer.
Bomb disposal squad was sent to the spot, but it found nothing, said inspector L L Chavda.
On February 14, an explosive device with a timer had been found in Khodiyar Para area of the city. It was defused by the bomb disposal squad.
