Bootlegger held with 296 litre of illicit liquor in Kishtwar

Ghulam Ali was nabbed during checking in Dachhan area when he was transporting the liquor from Kishtwar to Dachhan for sale purposes, they said, adding, a case under Excise Act was registered against him.
