The distributors of 'Fury', which is set to open worldwide on October 17, also feel it is better to release the film after the Diwali festivities get over.
"We are very confident of 'Fury' as a film. However, since the worldwide release is October 17 and that's peak family time in India given the festivities of Diwali, we took a conscious call to push the re-release.
"Also 'Happy New year' is coming out too which will definitely will be a priority watch for the audience as most people wish to during this period watch movies with their families," said Deepak Sharma, chief operating officer, PVR Pictures, film's distributors in India.
