Bramhapuri in Vidarbha sizzles at 46 degrees Celsius

Bramhapuri town in Chandrapur district today recorded a highest temperature of 46 degrees Celsius.
It was highest in the Vidarbha region of Maharashtra today, according to the Regional Meteorology Centre here.
Chandrapur recorded a high of 45 degrees Celsius, Nagpur 44.8 degrees Celsius and Wardha 44.2 degrees Celsius.
Maximum temperatures in other major towns were: Akola- 41.7, Amravati 41.8, Gondia 42.2, Washim 39.8 and Yavatmal 42 degrees Celsius.
