Leader of Opposition V K Malhotra said BJP will corner the Delhi Government for "failing miserably" on almost all fronts.
The Session will conclude on August 30 and it will have a total of three sittings. Proceedings of the assembly can be seen live through webcast which has been introduced for the first time.
It is likely to be the last session of the House before assembly polls which is slated for November.
"This Monsoons session would be the last session of the present Assembly and calling it for mere three days shows government does not want to face the opposition," Malhotra said.
The session is likely to begin on a stormy note as Malhotra said the BJP was determined to "expose" the government on all its "failures".
A meeting of BJP legislative party was held under chairmanship of Malhotra in which the party finalised its strategy.
"Delhi is surrounded by various problems and the Sheila Dikshit government failed miserably to solve any of the problems, be it rising prices of essential commodities or providing water to citizens. This government has betrayed residents of the unauthorised colonies," Malhotra said.
Malhotra said BJP has given notice for discussion on a number of issues including plight of residents of unauthorised colonies and slums, increasing incidents of crime against women and deteriorating law and order situation in the city.
"In addition to these, notices have been given for discussions on ever increasing tariff of water and electricity, the scam of lane testing in Transport department, increasing pollution level in Yamuna," he said.
He said a notice for tabling the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (Amendment) Bill, 2013 has been received by the Assembly secretariat.
Sources in the Government said they have also finalised strategy against the opposition.
"We are ready to counter the BJP," said a senior Minister.
