The Border Security Force (BSF) today seized six kg of heroin in Gurdaspur sector near Indo- Pak border.
A BSF spokesman said during a special operation, the BSF troops found six packets of heroin, one kg each, concealed beneath the soil, at Border Out Post (BOP) Panjgrain.
The enhanced vigil of the troops once again thwarted the attempt of smugglers and anti-national elements to smuggle contraband items into India, he said.
