He appeared for bail but his plea was rejected by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Jitender Kumar.
The Bulandshahr MLA then approached the District and Sessions Court which also rejected his interim bail application. District judge Piyush Kumar Srivastava fixed the hearing of his bail plea tomorrow, according to prosecution.
