Jitender Yadav, Om Prakash, Anu and Sandesh Kumar were held for restarting construction on a disputed land of farm house in Hindon Vihar area, according to police.
The construction work on the disputed land had been banned, a senior police officer said.
Jitender, who is the nephew of D P Yadav - a prominent politician of western Uttar Pradesh, reached the spot and got construction work started with the help of his supporters, he said.
Getting the information, a police team rushed to the spot and stalled the construction work.
Jitender Yadav had a heated argument with Siyani Gate station officer Pramod Gautam and other police officials and obstructed them from performing their duties.
The four arrested have been booked under the relevant sections of IPC and Criminal Law Amendment Act, he said.
