According to a complaint filed by the family members of the girl, who is a student of BTech at a college here, claimed when she was going to purchase something at a local shop last night, two youths from her neighbourhood abducted her, station incharge R P Sharma said.
After that they allegedly gang raped her at gunpoint and also threatened to kill her if she revealed anything about the incident, he said.
Upon hearing the commotion some locals gathered there and rescued the girl and handed her over to her parents, police said.
