23-year-old Sanjay was on his way to Delhi on his bike when the bus ran over him this morning, SSP Nitin Tiwari said.
He died on the spot.
Anger erupted after the police allegedly tried to shift the matter to Delhi police, saying the spot of mishap was not under their jurisdiction.
