C'garh govt announces reward for hockey player Renuka Yadav

Chhattisgarh government has decided to give a reward of Rs 10 lakh to the hockey player Renuka Yadav for her selection in the Indian squad for the Rio Olympics.
Yadav is a resident of Rajnandgaon, and the first woman hockey player from Chhattisgarh to get such an opportunity.
Official sources said that Chief Minister Raman Singh made the announcement here.
Singh said Yadav's selection for the Olympics was a matter of pride for the people of Chhattisgarh.
