"The Chhattisgarh Goods and Service Tax Bill, 2017 will be tabled in the assembly on Friday for discussion," Principal Secretary Chhattisgarh Assembly Devendra Verma told PTI.
"The budget session of the state assembly held in February-March this year had not been adjourned sine die on the last stipulated day. It was announced that the assembly will hold a day-long session for clearing the GST bill in April," he said.
Verma said that in the House, homage would be paid to the security personnel, who attained martyrdom in the April 24 Maoist ambush in Sukma district of Chhattisgarh.
