/ -- Candyskin, a two year young, new age premium and fashion lingerie brand, has recently launched a complete new range of functional lingerie. After the success of their first functional product, i.e. the Sweat Absorbent Bras with Cool-Feel Mesh in 20 colours and prints, the product team headed by their founder Richa Kalra, went in to R&D mode again with the drive to launch functional products every quarter.

Richa Kalra explains how this product came in to being: "Since we launched our Sweat Absorbent Bras, we had spoken to many of our customers, asking for feedback on these bras. If they have helped them fight against under boob sweat and humid weather. We heard some interesting stories from our customers, which motivated my team and I to keep working on more such products. Having various discussions with our customers, we realised the V zone protection is a big gap in the lingerie market and there is surely a need for it. We have seen many products being launched for the cleaning and care of the V zone, however there is no underwear (which we wear everyday, for a minimum of 15 to 20 hours daily) that works on the V zone protection. That's when we went back to the drawing board and started searching for fabrics, materials, substances that work best with our body and skin protection to design our Anti-Bacterial Panties."
