Delevingne, 23 and Vincent, 33, are looking for a quiet retreat and said to have their hearts set on a 1.6 million pounds, 3,000 sq ft, property in the Malibu mountains, reported Female First.
The original plan was to be in Paris, but the couple decided it needed to acquire a house in LA too.
"Cara has been spending more and more time in LA. While they were making their relationship work, with Cara staying with Vincent at her New York home as much as possible, it's hard," a source said.
