Case against Hema Malini for violating poll code

A case was registered tonight against actor-turned-politician and BJP nominee from the Mathura Lok Sabha seat Hema Malini for violating the Model Code of Conduct.
Mathura city magistrate Rajesh Kumar Prajapati said Malini entered the city with a cavalcade of 30 vehicles, though she had been given permission for only ten for a road show.
The actress is on a two-day visit to the constituency.
