The "Deadbeat" star, 38, first hosted the awards show back in 2011, its inaugural year, and will be returning this year to help honour the best series and performances since last June, reported Us magazine.
"I am excited to come back and host the show after hosting the inaugural show five years ago," Deeley said in a statement.
"It's been an incredible year in television, and I am thrilled to be a part of celebrating and honoring so many talented performers and shows," she added.
