Cathay Pacific flight cancelled due to bad weather

: An incoming Bangkok-Chennai Cathay Pacific flight, scheduled to arrive here early this morning and depart with 268 passengers, was cancelled today owing to inclement weather in that city, airport officials said.
The flight was scheduled to arrive here at around 3.50 AM and depart at 4.50 AM, but was cancelled owing to bad weather there, they said
The airline made arrangements for thepassengers to stay at a hotel near the airport, the officials said.
