The Authority, chaired by the Prime Minister, will meet after a gap of nine years.
"The CRA will meet on September 19 in which Chief Ministers of Karnataka, Pudducherry, Tamil Nadu and Kerala will participate," Water Resources Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal told reporters here.
To a question on Tamil Nadu's allegation of unfair treatment and the Supreme Court slamming PMO officials for failing to convene the meeting, Bansal said the "right course" for the Centre would have been to press for a final order of the apex court on a Special Leave Petition and not for interim arrangements.
