The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, and Panchayati Raj ministry have been honoured in the category of organisations receiving more than 300 and upto 2,000 complaints in three-month time.
Addressing a function to felicitate representative to the award winning organisations, Singh said that other departments should also learn from the mechanism developed by the CBDT for the grievance disposal.
