CBI books RPF officer in DA case

CBI today carried out searches at the premises of a Senior Commandant of Railway Protection Force for allegedly amassing property worth Rs 1.4 crore disproportionate to his known sources of income.
CBI sources said agency teams also searched the premises of his wife, an IPS officer in Jharkhand.
The sources said searches have been going on in Delhi, Ranchi and Dumka.
The sources said CBI has booked a case against the commandant in Ranchi for alleged amassing of properties and assets which are estimated to be over Rs 1.4 crore.
