CBI today filed a charge sheet in a court here on the Kalamassery land-grab case, keeping out of it the name of former gunman of Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy.
CBI sources said there are six accused in the case.
Salim Raj was not mentioned in the charge sheet as there was no evidence against him, they said.
The charge sheet was submitted in Special CBI Court here.
CBI took over the case following a High Court directive last year.
The FIR was based on a complaint by a resident at Thrikkakara village that Raj had allegedly tried to grab land there by manipulating records.
