CBRE gets facility mgmt contract of Assotech Realty's project

Assotech Realty today said it has appointed property consultant CBRE for facility management of its 1.8 million sq ft commercial project in Noida.
CBRE, a global leader in real estate services, would manage its Assotech Business Cresterra (ABC) project, the company said in a statement.
Assotech Realty is developing about 1.6 million sq ft of office space, 75,000 sq ft of high-end retail and nearly 200 serviced apartments in this commercial project. The first phase of about a million sq ft is almost completed.
The serviced residences will be managed by the prestigious Lemon Tree Hotels Group.
"ABC is a state-of-the-art establishment with all the modern facilities that are required for businesses to create an organisational structure which will support growth," said Neeraj Gulati, MD, Assotech Realty.
CBRE India is part of the global giant CBRE which manages more than 2.5 billion sq ft of real estate space worldwide.
With over 2000 professionals, CBRE India manages about 100 million sq ft of properties across 85 cities and towns.
Assotech Realty Director Marketing Salil Kumar said: "CBRE will do facility management, including house keeping, security and parking among other services, for entire 1.8 million sq ft commercial project.
