Situated on Ile Gagnon, a private island on the River Mille Iles in Quebec, Canada, the six-bedroom house boasts a panelled library, gym, games room, vaulted stone wine cellar, pool and a pool house, reported the Daily Express.
The mansion, which was built in 2001, can only be accessed by crossing a gate bridge.
"The famous singer Celine Dion has decided to unload her French Normandy-style, four-storey chateau on her private island, complete with furnishings and artwork," said a spokesperson for Vladi Private Islands, who are selling the property.
According to her husband Rene Angelil, the 46-year-old Canadian singer decided to sell her plush pad because of her three-year residency at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, and their US-based children, Rene-Charles and twins, Nelson and Eddie.
