Unit Secretary V.Perumal alleged in a release here that Kataria was crippling the functioning of the elected government by misusing his constitutional position.
A detailed probe by a high level committee of the Union Home Ministry is necessary and hence the Centre should arrange for such a probe, Perumal said.
