Sikkim Chief Minister Pawan Kumar Chamling today paid tribute to Dr B R Ambedkar on his 127th birth anniversary.
"I pay my tribute and homage to Dr Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar on his 127th birth anniversary," he said in a message.
Chamling hailed Ambedkar for his selfless service to the nation and recalled his role in the framing of Indian constitution.
"It is a day for us to remember the valuable and selfless contribution made by the 'Father of the Indian Constitution' for granting equality and social justice to the people of this great Nation," Chamling said.
