The deceased, identified as Govind Vallabh, allegedly fell from his eighth floor flat in Milan Vihar Apartments last evening around 7.45 PM.
The security guard of the apartments made a PCR call informing about Vallabh lying in a pool of blood in the parking lot, police said.
His family members were informed immediately about the incident. Vallabh was rushed to the hospital where he was declared brought dead, they added.
A murder case against unknown persons has been registered and further investigation is underway, police said.
