China bans nearly 300 for life from driving

Four more drivers have joined a growing list of people in Beijing banned from driving for life, bringing the total number to 292 since the law came into force in 2004, state news agency Xinhua reported today.

There are more than five million vehicles registered in the capital, it said. PTI
