"We should pledge to root out evil in the society and usher in brotherhood to change the world for better," Toppo said in his Christmas message.
"God's message is to see Him in every human being in the world," he said as people thronged Churches across the state.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren greeted the people on the occasion.
