CISF inspector shot dead by cosntable

A CISF inspector was today shot dead allegedly by a constable after an altercation broke between them during a roll call session.
The incident took place at Garden Reach area near the port at around 1.30 am, police said.
The inspector, Gurupada Shid rpt Gurupada Shid, had an argument with constable, Neelkanta Behra, when he rebuked him for not following instructions during a roll call parade.
Later, Behra went to Seal's quarter in the wee hours and shot him dead, police said.
The accused constable has been arrested, DC (PORT) V Solomom said.
