"Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Ajay Maken has announced that Gyan Dev Gupta will be the candidate for the bypoll to the Nanakpura ward," said party leader Pramod Kumar.
The party had yesterday announced the names of its candidates for the 12 other wards facing bypolls on May 15.
The notification for the bypolls will be issued next Monday and voting will take place on May 15. The counting of votes will be done on May 17.
