Class VII student sodomized by classmate in Haryana

A class VII student of a government-run school at Naichana village in Bawal sub-division here was allegedly sodomised by his classmate, police said today.
The student of Jawahar Navoday Vidyalay was sodomized in the school complex on September 4. His medical examination was done at the local Civil hospital today, police said.
Yash Garg, Deputy Commissioner and Chairman of Jawahar Novoday Vidyalay yesterday directed Deepika Yadav, district Child Protection Officer and Naresh Kumar, Assistant Sub-Inspector and In-Charge of the Juvenile Protection Unit at Bawal police station to enquire into the matter.
A complaint was yesterday filed by the father of the victim, Deepika Yadav said.

The aggrieved father told DC that his son was feeling nervous after the incident and was showing reluctance in attending the school, Yadav added.
