Clear skies prevailed in the city with the minimum temperature settling at 7 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average.
The maximum temperature was recorded at 22.3 degrees Celsius, a notch below the normal, a Met department official said.
The humidity oscillated between 97 and 49 per cent.
The Met office has forecast partly cloudy skies for Tuesday.
"There will shallow fog in the morning. The skies will be generally cloudy with haze thereafter. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover at 23 and 9 degrees respectively," the weatherman said.
On Sunday, the minimum and maximum temperatures settled at 6 and 21.6 degrees Celsius respectively.
