Karan Singh and Naresh were on their way to Shadipur, carrying a bag containing Rs 20 lakhs. When they reached near Ashok Vihar, two men in a car overtook their vehicle, they said.
One of the accused held the victims at gunpoint and the other one took the bag and the car keys. They then fled from the spot, police said.
Karan and Naresh work for Atul Goyal, who has a wholesale business of clothes.
Police is scanning the CCTV footage.
