The 32-year-old actress and husband Taran Killam, who tied the knot in 2012, are already parents to 5-year-old daughter Shaelyn Cado, reported People magazine.
The happy couple, who dated for five years before becoming engaged in January 2009, tied the knot in 2012 at the Alisal Guest Ranch and Resort in Solvang, California.
A representative for the Smulders and Killam, who recently celebrated their second wedding anniversary, confirmed the news.
The pregnancy news comes at a very busy time in the duo's careers. Smulders is preparing for the release of the new Marvel movie, 'Avengers: Age of Ultron,' next spring, whereas Killam is currently starring in his fifth season of 'Saturday Night Live.
