Cold day in Delhi, minimum at 9.6 degrees Celsius

It was a cold day in the national capital with the mercury settling at 9.6 degrees Celsius.
The humidity levels were between 88 and 41 per cent.
"The maximum temperature was recorded at 23.7 degrees Celsius, a notch below normal while the minimum temperature was recorded at 9.6 degrees Celsius, two notches above normal," a MeT official said.
The weatherman has predicted a clear day tomorrow with possibility of shallow fog in few areas during morning hours.
