The minimum temperature dropped to 5.4 degree Celsius at Kalpa in tribal Kinnaur district, while key tourist resorts of Manali and Keylong recorded a low of 6.8 and 8.7 degrees, followed by Solan at 9.0 degree, Bhuntar at 10.0 degree, Sundernagar and Chamba at 10.9 degree, Shimla at 13.0 degree, Nahan and Palampur at 13.2 degree, Una at 16.5 degree and Dharamsala at 18.2 degree Celsius.
However, the maximum day temperatures remained steady as the region had a clear, but windy day. Una with a high of 31.6 degree was hottest during the day, followed by Sundernagar at 31.0 degree, Bhuntar at 30.0 degree, Dharamshala and Solan at 27.8 degree, Nahan at 26.5 degree, Shimla at 22.8 degree and Kalpa at 18.8 degree C.
