The song titled, "Ki Banu Duniya Da", is the re-worked version of Mann's hit with the same name and will feature in season four of MTV Coke Studio.
"I was very busy with my work, when I got a call about the song. But the moment I heard about the collaboration with Mann sir, I was ready for it. I was very excited to record the song Working with Gurdas Maan was a dream come true," Diljit told PTI.
The singer said they have kept the essence of the original song, but have re-worked on it and added new elements.
"The charm of the original song cannot be matched. We have not copied it completely. We have just made it in a new way. We have added new elements. Like the original, the new version was also recorded in a live setting, which has kept the soul of the song alive."
