Collectors of 8 districts transferred

The Odisha government today transferred collectors of eight districts and Revenue Divisional Commissioner of northern division, official sources said.

A notification issued by the general administration department said that the collectors of Subarnapur, Kendrapara, Boudh, Kalahandi, Puri, Cuttack, Ganjam and Deogarh were transferred.

V D Swamy presently working as the RDC, Northern division, has been transfered and posted as Commissioner- cum- Director, Employment and CEO Skilled Development Authority.

Mahendra Kumar Mallick, Commissioner-cum-Director, AH&VS has been posted as the new RDC of Northern Division at Sambalpur with additional charge of RDC Central Division, Cuttack.

Subarnpur Collector, Dasarathi Satapathy has been posted as Collector of Kendrapara. Boudh Collector, Madhusudan Mishra will be the new collector of Subarnapur.

Puri collector, Arabind Agarwall is transferred and posted as collector, Cuttack while Sushanta Mohapatra, the collector of Cuttack is transferred and posted as director SS & EPD., it said.

Amarendra Kumar Patnaik, Chairman, CHSE, is transferred and posted as MD, Boyanika. M Muthu Kumar, director Agriculture and Food Production is giving additional charge as director Horticulture. Bijaya Kentan Uppadhya, joint secretary is transferred to Health and Family Welfare Department.

Sudhanshu Mohan Samal, director Horticulture has been appointed as the collector of Deogarh district. Ganjam collector Prem Chandra Choudhury has been appointed as the Director, Special project. Similarly, Kendrapara collector, Reghu G is posted at deputy secretary in Water Resources department.

Kulanga Vijay Amruta, PD DRDA, Ganjam promoted and appointed as collector of Ganjam district. Gavali Parag Harsad PD DRDA, Malkangiri has been posted as Collector at Kalahandi. Aboli Sunil Naravani, Sub-Collector Nilagiri has been giving additional charge of ITDA.

Joytee Pakash Das, Additional secretary in Water Resources department has been posted as Collector of Puri district While BDA secretary Sitanshu Kumar Rout has been appointed as the Collector of Boudh district
