A division bench comprising Justices Prakash Chandra Verma and Aditya Kumar Trivedi passed the order while hearing a PIL filed by the Council for Protection of Public Rights and Welfare Secretary M P Gupta praying for completion of the health project in a time frame.
The court directed the committee comprising the union health services director, Patna AIIMS director and joint secretary (Health), Bihar, to submit the report to it on next Wednesday - the next date of hearing in the case.
